In her role as the Global Contra Coaching Coordinator, Kerryn witnessed the technical struggles of coaches around the world and recognised how coaches with sound IT skills advanced more readily in business. Having taught IT skills to teachers in her ‘past life’ (i.e. before coaching), Dr Griffiths now tailors her IT knowledge to coaches in the aim of supporting them in growing and sustaining their coaching businesses.
